Massage at your accommodation, from Sagres to Lagos

You're on holiday. Driving somewhere, parking, finding the place and driving back is an hour you didn't plan for. So the table travels instead: I bring it to your villa, Airbnb or guesthouse, set up in whatever room has the space, and you don't leave the house.

It's the same treatment I give at Mandala in Sagres. Same hour, same price. The only thing that changes is who does the driving.

Where I come to

The whole stretch of coast between Sagres and Lagos, both included:

• Sagres and Vila do Bispo
• Raposeira, Figueira and Hortas do Tabual
• Budens and Salema
• Burgau, Praia da Luz and Lagos

Travel is included in the price. No call-out fee, no surcharge for the far end of the map — a treatment in Lagos costs exactly what a treatment in Sagres costs. If you're staying somewhere just outside this list, message me anyway and I'll tell you honestly whether I can get there.

What you can book

Everything on the menu travels. Abhyanga with warm herbal oils, deep-tissue sports massage, the combination of both, or targeted head, neck and upper body work. If you're not sure which, ayurvedic vs sports massage explains the difference, and the combination is what most people end up choosing.

Every treatment is 60 minutes and 50€, wherever it happens.

One practical note: the ayurvedic treatments use warm oil, and generously. Plan on a shower afterwards rather than going straight out to dinner — which is one of the quieter arguments for having it done where you're staying.

Staying at Casa dos Amigos

Guests at Casa dos Amigos in Budens can book a treatment during their stay — either ask the house to arrange it or message me directly. It's the same 60 minutes and the same 50€ as anywhere else.

Staying more than a few days

If you're here for a week or longer, the Recovery Pass is four treatments for 150€, valid three months. It works out at one free treatment, and it's the usual choice for longer stays, repeat visits and anyone surfing several days in a row.
